What exactly IS this? I saw it and had to buy it... but what is it, really?Cooking instructions say: Place can in a large saucepan containing sufficient water for the can to float, at least 2½ pints. Boil gently for 35 minutes. NEVER ALLOW SAUCEPAN TO BOIL DRY! Add more water as necessary. TO OPEN: To prevent spurting.. (ed: It can spurt if it get's hot? Imagine that!) hold cloth over can opener when removing can top marked "open this end first". .... By the way... If you want to cook it in a microwave... remove it from the can.
